It is difficult, to be sure, to even out differences that may be caused by bias alone.
In parts of the Middle East and even Europe, Muslims are very childish, touchy, and sensitive about insults (real or assumed) to Islam and this often leads them to be erratic and senseless, which is a reflection on their spiritual leadership and maturity, culture, and governments. Their law often does not reflect their supposed human rights beliefs and so forth, BUT, it isn't nearly as bad as you tell it.
