CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I notice that a lot of these niche-like "teachings" come about when a truth is taken from the word of God, then isolated unto an island itself, then turned into an entire doctrine, which then gets somehow turned into the word of God.

I believe we are living in the last days before Christ's return so that
is why I exhort all who will listen to surrender to Christ and ask for
His help to remain faithful....
It has nothing to do with me but it has everything to do with
your blessing in the Lord and not mine.
People think I am extreme but God is worthy of all we can give to Him...
God is so worthy...
Someday we stand in His eternal presence....
Someday it will all be clear....
Run to the Lord while you can, while you still have breath, praise the Lord
and thank God that His truth is in you so you can see what is true and what is false....

How disturbing.
Do we see anyone handing money to the Sunday school teachers, cell group leaders, sound system operators or others ministering in that church?
He is already paid for his service, while other ministers in the body serve as volunteers.
He is preaching about money while taking money and recounting stories about money. That makes this a Church of Faith in Money? New denomination.
Is God only blessing the people who are publicly seen giving money to the preacher? SO many things wrong with this picture.
People like to be followers, to lift some of the burden off of their own shoulders. Followers want the hope of someone who comes up with a solution to their life problems. We want that dad figure that seems to be there for us and take care of things.
Some followers go from preacher to preacher -- when one doesn't live up to his promises, they scowl and scorn and try another. After a while this gets old, and followers don't know whom to trust.
Jesus called us to be the preachers and healers. Instead we cluster in safe groups and sit with arms folded, with analytical stances. We rot each other. We should all have our own ministries, and support each others' ministries but not depend so highly upon them.
Scammers are able to rise up in the ranks because we are willing to accept this monarchy model of ministry.
Reshape the model, and scammers and oppressors will have less power.
