If that's what the aim is, they should probably come back to reality and strategize in another way.</p><p></p><p>If they're recycling their older routine of "make sure the most extreme candidate is the most popular on the other side, because we think he'll be easier to beat", then that's at least a coherent strategy, but a risky one.</p><p></p><p>All of this "keeping his name in the forefront" may wind up with us getting stuck with him for another 4 years.</p></blockquote><p></p>
