Vote for the new Prog subforum in WWMC

Any Progressive or Evangelical Adventists who want thier own forum, please place your vote here:

Some members of the Whosoever Will Come May board are considering allowing us to have our own subforum there. Your votes, along with thier votes should be able to secure us our new subforum, a new set of moderators, and a mother-forum whose goal is to protect any Christians who need them.

Given time, this first step could lead to enough votes to get us our own forum, and not just a subforum.

But first we need to protect the Progs that we have left.

WWMCers will never judge our beliefs, nor will they stand for any outside persecution of our faith.

This is our chance to finally have our own subforum away from the intolerance of certain fundamentalist Trads. Please get in there and support this so we can leave this place and have our own area where we can dialogue in peace without TSDA dogma and EGW veneration being shoved in our faces day after day. We will also be able to work through any issues with EGW and SDA fundamentals without cries of "get out of the church" being hurled at us. Best of all, we will no longer have to endure being told we are false Adventists and stomach anymore of such hate-rhetoric.

Let's end this strife once and for all.

Formers, Non-Christians and nonAdventists from any denomination will be welcome to participate in our new area.

Hello my SDA friends,

I'd like to endorse this plan. This new subforum will provide you all with a stepping stone toward a forum of your own.

As I am a WWMCer, I can assure you that your right to discuss your faith will be protected in the WWMC.

I'm a moderator in both SDA and WWMC, so you'll still have me, but you will also have a few new mods from WWMC who will strive to protect your right to express your faith.

As mediation between the Progs and the Trads has often failed, I feel this step might serve to buffer you from eachother until such time as you're ready to persue a forum of your own, or stay in the WWMC as long as you like.

But we need to hear from you. Please check the link in NE's post and get your voices heard.

You're already about half way to your goal of 20 votes already, merely because of the support of your WWMC cousins.

As a WWMC member, I would welcome such a subforum, so long as you understand the WWMC Forum-Specific Guidelines and are willing to have them govern your subforum.

If you find these FSGs do not suit your needs, please be honest about it. You may prefer to seek another umbrella for your new home.
