voices

The voices are loud right now ... there saying things like i need to die
I am safe because my husband is here ...since the last time i posted here i saw a dr he said that the drugs cant do everything and that i need to work on the reasons why am stressed and any underline problems

I think he just dont want to give the drugs
My psych agreed with him so it looks like i will not be getting any better medication any time soon

i just have to put up with the voices
He gave me a list of things i can do to help me with the voices and that was about it

The voices are really loud at the moment i have taken my night time medication but it hasn't helped meant to be going to a hearing voices group today but i cant sleep so looks like i will not be going

Went to a hearing voices group today it helped a little the voices where quieter for a little while now there back being loud again
I cant stand it anymore
I have to do something
but i dont know what

Please hang in there. If you can't get the treatment you need I'm sure you can get an advocate through your local community services board. Usually when you go to a facility they have numbers posted that you can call and ask for an advocate.

Do not give up. I also hear loud voices, at times, and I do not like it.
Yet, in the end, God is still in control.
Do not give up on God.

Do you smoke cigarettes? Quitting cigarettes helps to lower the volume of the voices.

Hi,

I will pray that the voices stop. The LORD can deliver you. I used to hear voices but through God I am now 100% free, I did not use medication to stop the voices. Just trust in God. As I asked God to heal me, I was freed, I started by praying, then I ignored any voice I heard from then on. Eventually the voices just stopped, I never hear voices now.
