Physical Description: Vo wears all black. His armor is made up of dyed black leather with plates of enchanted metal laced into the fabric. He wears a long, black, leather coat over his armor. He has shoulder length black hair. Over his face is a pale porcellain mask with arcane symbols painted over it. The mask "v's" off at his forehead, however. On his forhead is a very peculiar eye, a third eye infact. It remains closed the majority of the time--when it is, it is completely unnoticable--but when it is open, it radiates a dark-light from its pupil. The iris of the eye is black with violet veins coarsing through it. From his back spreads two massive draconic wings that allow him the ability of flight. However, he normally keeps his wings in his coat as to not give away his race.
Gear: Aside from his armor and mask, Vohveeneh only carries two items worth while. The first is a beautifully crafted sword called Hope. The sword's hilt is golden image of a nude woman with flowing hair. The woman is covering her private areas and wrapped around her body is a scarlet scarf. The scarf flows passed her feet and below her, wrapping around itself to form the Wheel of the Elements. At her back are two beautiful, white, angelic wings. The second of the items is a small charm, kept on a pendant. The charm is called simply Electricity and is amber in color.
Powers: Vo is a skilled warrior who has mastered the art of the Blade, primarily with the blade he calls Hope. His other abilities have been obtained from the charm called Electricity. The small charm allows him to manipulate, obviously, electricity. With that, he has learned to control storms and fling bolts of lightning at his foes with ease. Some of the powers granted from the charm have been branded to him, but the other, more potent abilities, are granted by the possession of the charm.
History: Vo's history is...interesting, to say the very least. His story begins before his own birth. Vo is actually a composite being, formed of two seperate entities. Vohveeneh is the name of both of them, each individual in the composite has forgone his seperate name. The first of the being known as Vo was a draconic spirit before the world was created. The Dragon was charged with overseeing the purity of the elemental forces. However, when the War in Heaven broke out, the forces of Evil tried to corrupt the Elemental Kings--the manifestations of the elements--into a tainted form. With those tainted elements under him, the King of Hell could reign over the material world and detatch it from the spiritual. So, the Dragon took action and gathered up the Elemental Kings. He then tore each of the four in half and forced their essences into eight small charms, called the Pseudoelemental Pendants. The pendants could, theoretically, be reattatched to each other, but the Dragon hid the pendants with eight of Mankind's most benign and spiritual leaders (The War continued after Evil was cast out). The Dragon thought that the humans, having free will, would either protect them or give them to Evil. If they did, they would damn themselves--but it was their choice.
However, Dragon made a grievous error of judgement. The humans didn't give them to Evil, but instead took them for themselves, thinking they could become gods with them. For that, Dragon was thrown out of Heaven into a place akin to a Hell for spirits, the Abyss.
It took him a millenia, but eventually Vo escaped the Abyss and made it back into the Astral plane, the plane between the Spirit and Matter. He observed the happenings of mankind there. He soon found that many children had been born without souls--Shades, they called themselves. He believed that if he could be born in flesh, he could be saved and reconcile himself to God.
The Mortal was born some time after. The Mortal was one of the soulless Shades, a pale child with black eyes. However, the Dragon soon merged with the child Mortal and the two became one.
Years passed and eventually, at puberty, Vo went through what he calls the Transfiguration. Painful readjustment of bone and flesh set in as he grew his wings and third eye. After that, his peers ridiculed him and the zealots and priests condemned him for being one of the Evil One's pawns--the dragons had nearly disappeared by then. He went into hiding.
He traveled along the social underground with a band of homeless people who united together for the common survival of each other--a trait he thought was incredibly righteous. Eventually, one of the members of the group stopped him and spoke with him. He gave Vo the charm called Electricity and told him that he needed to use it "For God". The man then gave him the Hope sword and said it was from a woman named Kiri. The named seemed incredibly familiar, but he couldn't quite recall who or what she was. But, the sword was beautiful.
After that, hes been training his abilities. He doesn't know why, but he knows something is coming. He needs to be prepared...
Personality: Vo is dark and mysterious. His black attire is often intimidating to those who don't know him, but beneath that he is a sorrowed soul. He's seen hard times because of his nature, and very few people are willing to love someone who is labeled "Of the Devil". So, he trudges through life alone, motivated only by the faint thought that something is coming. When he finds those he can trust and cares about, he is a wonderful, tender being--and when he feels those people he cares for a threatened, he becomes a ferocious spirit. All in all, he is quiet and complex.
