Visiting Seattle! Ideas? :)

I'm road tripping from Colorado to Seattle and Vancouver this summer!

I've been to Seattle once before, and I saw the following:
Alki Beach
Waterfall Garden
Space Needle (It's now $27, soooo that's not happening again lol)
Pike Place Market
Underground Tour (Not my cup of tea)

This time I hope to see:
Pike Place Market again
Waterfall Garden again
Alki Beach again
Rabbit Hole restaurant
First Starbucks
Pink Door restaurant

And in Vancouver:
Queen Elizabeth Park
Suspension Bridge Park (probably the highlight of the whole trip!)
Walking food tour

Any ideas or input? We're especially looking for things in Vancouver. ^^

While I'm at it, do y'all have any suggestions for a host family gift? I met a pastor there on a missions trip and he's letting me and two girlfriends stay with his family. I was thinking something from Colorado Springs, like local honey, or a cutting board carved with the Garden of the Gods or Pike's Peak, etc. (I don't think he drinks, so that's out.) Maybe something his whole family (4 little ones and his wife) can enjoy?
