I just visited the local Ukrainian Catholic church. It seemed extremely Latinized (pews, statues, stations, rosary before Mass, few icons, kneeling), and there was no incense (which just made me sad, because I was looking to it.)

Are most Eastern churches like this now?

I've never been to an Eastern Catholic church (sadly). There's only ONE in my area--- its in NYC though so its a little tough for me to get there (I live in northern NJ). This is the church's site: St. Michael's Russian Catholic Church in New York City :: Home

I know that the Russian Orthodox churches I've been too has all of what you mentioned (minus the Rosary and the kneeling-- we bow instead) plus the incense. I grew up in the RO Church, which is why I was going crazy for more traditional settings as a Protestant Christian and is what led me to the Catholic Church.
