Visions

Hello :) I think I had a vision of Jesus, or I could have just been imagining it/been half asleep, so I was wondering what people thought:

I saw Jesus on the cross, but there was nothing else in the scene, which was just whiteness, meaning I was focused on the cross. I remember just really standing there in adoration and feelin ghte love of the Lord. But at the same time, I felt very uncomfortable because Jesus was in pain. Then I felt he said, 'But you drove these nails here'. And I began to feel terribly guilty and close to tears.

Then the verse came to me 'Come to me all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest'. I then realized I was carrying two heavy black bags. I kinda realized the symbolism and put them at the foot of the cross. That was the end of it really, and I felt kind of 'cleansed' afterwards.

I don't know if I just imagined it all thought lol I have a vivid imagination!

I bet you did not imagine it...but it is good to not be over confident too.

He spoke to You in a wonderful way. We can't live off visions and dreams like we can live of God's written word...but they are scripturally sound. I mean...God uses them to speak to us...what you saw was a personal view of the cross and your relationship to Him...your sins...guilt and forgiveness...awesome.

We can all leave our bags of sin and guilt at the cross.

In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people.
Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.
Even on my servants, both men and women,
I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy.
