Virus Help, Please!!

I have a W32.Randex.E virus in my yuetyutr.dll on my PC.

My Norton Antivirus told me about the virus, but can't delete it, I've even tried deleting the file manually, but to no avail!!!

Please assist!!!!!

the last time i had a virus i had to reformat which stinks
