  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I think it's a very good learning tool and can help with discipline and prayer life.

The only problem I can see with it, is if it takes away from praying together. For example; if you are able to go to a Rosary at Church and pray with the whole parish but instead only use the computer, then there would be a problem imho. Also when you have a family, it would be better to pray together when able. As the Church Militant we need to help out the rest of the Body of Believers in support of prayer. But, I don't think that this is much of a problem for people who pray the Rosary online because they tend to not pass up opportunities to pray with others.
This is only really a problem with people that are addicted with the internet I think.

I agree with the advice thus far. It's a cool idea, but ideally, we should be on our knees in reverence while praying the rosary. But I don't see anything wrong with it really. The important thing is that it encourages one to say the rosary in the first place.

I agree.
I used it only to get me on my feet, or in this case, on my knees.

I love the "Virtual Rosary". I learned to pray the Rosary through that program. It also have all the Mysteries and scriptural reflection you can read while praying the Rosary.

I believe in variations and we should pray the Rosary "offline" too, of course
