  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I don't know if it's just me, or perhaps it's because you posted this less than 5 minutes ago (I'm just so excited I have to watch!) but the video doesn't work for me. It says it's private

Hey Sean, dude take Val Kilmer compliments, better than what I get, if I get compared to anyone it's either Silent Bob or Hurley from Lost. Funny side note, the one person who said Hurley said it at a time I didn't know who they meant, found out like a year later it was the really fat guy on that show lol yeah. Still haven't seen the show really, just 5 mins of the first episode.

Honestly I dont mind the Kevin Smith one, I'm a huge fan anyways.

I knew about the old meaning of kettle, but I suspect that's because I've been reading fantasy for a long time and it is often set in a Dark Ages/Middle Ages type setting.

We have the top 10 venomous snakes and dropbears. Tigers don't really scare me.
