Why do you ask for the right to do evil (sin)? Have you read Galatians 5? Does it promote the right to sin? Does it promote following the law? Those are rhetorical questions to which the obvious answer is NO! Verse 18 remains a favoirte of mine. Notice in verses 22 and 23 there is no law against Christian behaviour. There is also no law requiring it either.So from this scripture all we have to worry about is to abstain from pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood. So can I commit adultery or steal?

You wish to argue for the sabbath. No problem. Then argue for the sabbath. Saturday and the sabbath are not interchangable terms or ideas. The sabbath is sundown or even to the same as mentioned in this thread. This is the way time was kept defining a day. You wish to say that all day Saturday till midnight is the sabbath and not Sunday to protect your argument against Sunday. At even Saturday evening it is no longer the sabbath by our current method of defining a day. You need consistancy here to be remotely credible. Define the sabbath only one way. Legal is exclusive in that 2 things can not be the same thing. There goes the validity of your argument.

That is not what he or me is saying at all. Stop trying to find fault and try to understand. After sunset of "Saturday" evening the sabbath has ended. Paul's meeting happened after the Sabbath and went till midnight. Like I said, the evening comes before the morning so it was on Sunday night.
The fact of the matter is that this was an extended service or a special farewell service because Paul had to go to Jerusalem to be tried and could have been sentenced to jail. It was not an ordinary worship service or anything like that, so It cannot be used to say that the disciples met and had the Lord's Supper on the first say of the week as a replacement to the Sabbath or as a tradition for Christians.

That is what they do and proclaim. They come seeking to potentially kill other believers over this matter. It's quite detestable, what they do and practice.
All the while still admitting they too still sin. Yet they want to heap up potential eternal death to other believers over a day of the week.

Dale, there is only one true Sabbath day and it wasn't invented by the SDA church. You must not focus on this church before understanding the Sabbath. The problem is that the SDA church honors the day of the week, the emphasis is the weekday. All they do, they do in vain, as it is merely "works" without the Holy Spirit. I don't know how I can say this otherwise, the Holy Scripture is the Word of God and the Word is the Son of God and He will be vindicated very soon according to Prophecy. The SDA's are no different from the world in any respect. They use a spiritual pseudonym, it's called the vail of a Holy day- the Sabbath.
The Sabbath day was made like the other 6 days were but this day is held apart as a covenant and a time of spiritual rest and communion with our Creator/Maker. One must fully understand the Genesis story to appreciate the seventh-day Sabbath. And for your information, the SDA church was formed in 1863 by 3 prominent figures in the religious and secular arenas. I can't go into detail... too much and very complex.
The Seventh-day Sabbath day of Creation is not affiliated with or associated with the Seventh-day Adventist Church, they are only claiming a parking space in time, so to speak. Homage is paid elsewhere, as they channel through a human medium. They are merely a movement of people who follow after the writings of a woman who suffered a deadly head wound when she was 8 years young but she did live.
I suggest reading about "The Significance of Ellen G. (Harmon) White's head wound". You'll learn that present-day doctors and scientists have re-examined this woman and have concluded that she had epilepsy and did suffer them during her visions. Her head wound was equal to somebody sticking their out of a speeding car and her head striking a parked tree, a real tree trunk. The large stone broke her face very badly as it crushed her nasal area and damaged her brain. This is documented by the Doctors and Examiners. It's online
This is parallel with the antichrist who receives a spiritual deadly head wound and does live. That church honors a certain day of the week just as other churches honor the first day (Sunday). There's no Biblical evidence that Sunday is the Sabbath. We only find that the seventh-day is. The Church of Rome admits this in writing. They want recognition for changing the Sabbath day, because it supposedly proves her mighty power in ecclesiastical matters.
Just because they changed the observance day of the Sabbath doesn't mean that it's valid in any respect, nor does it give them any authority over the Law of God. This is the same as a criminal who breaks the law then claims power over the Law because they violated it, is this non-sense? The only evidence that you find to defend Sunday observance comes from traditions of men, while the seventh-day Sabbath was Created in the beginning as an everlasting covenant by the Son for a specific purpose and that hasn't changed in His plan, just in our's. He doesn't change!!!
The Seventh-day Sabbath-(7) Creator is the Son-(7) of God, (the Father-(5)). The Seal of God looks like this in algebraic code: (777). The mark of the beast is (666). The year 2015 is also an image, and so is 1776.
2 = Event: Second Advent
0 = Man: the humble man is represented by (0), previously a (6)-(fallen).
1 = Woman: Order is restored as it was established in Creation.
5 = Abyss: satan is number 5 and he is then in the lowest ranking position.
The Humble man of God and the woman will equate to the Son and the Covenant when obedient. They are not equated as in "man & woman" being equal but equated in Glory and Grace that are all (7).
The Seal of God is 777, a Holy Trinity of Perfection.
7 = Son of God; because He Created the seventh-day Sabbath Covenant.
7 = Sabbath Day; the Creator and the creation both assume the same number
7 = Man & Woman equated in obedience to the Commandment, (6+1=7).
The obedient male and female are equated in Glory and Grace and the Rest with God.
(12) is the image for the Godhead. The Father-5 and the Son-7 equate to 12. They are the complete realm of all that is seen and that is not seen. Your reasoning is illogical. If as believe that you are not required to keep the 4th Commandment of the 10, then that means that the you and all other people of the world are not required to obey any of the others, because the 10 were given as a package directly from the finger of God, therefore I would then have license to kill you or steal your money, or commit adultery with your wife, and with impunity. Do you now see the fallacy of your reasoning?
