"Veiling" during holy week?

I know we are approaching Lent, so here's another...

Does your church cover the altar cross or crucifix during Holy Week? Also, is it still considered "Holy Week", or do you only acknowledge the individual days?

i'm not ELCA - but at my church (LCMS) the Cross is covered in a black drape on Good Friday, and the chancel is completely stripped - and we do call it "Holy Week"....

Yep, it is holy week, and I don't recall if the alter cross is veiled or not, I'm sorry!

Sadly as I think about it, I'm unsure if we have any crucifixes in our sanctuary (there likely was one once but was a casualty of remodeling). And we don't do processions (to my dismay) so we have no processional crosses even. My former church would veil though.

Yes, we say Holy Week too.
