The Institute of Medicine provides a more balanced, unbiased review.

"Despite conclusive findings by IOM linking certain vaccines to brain inflammation, febrile seizures and potentially life-threatening infections like pneumonia and meningitis in susceptible individuals, most of the media headlines about the IOM's 600-page report are spinning the reports conclusions and stating that "few adverse effects are caused by the vaccines reviewed in this report."

The truth is that the IOM Committee came to this startling conclusion, which they admitted openly and that is:

"For the vast majority, (135 vaccine-adverse event pairs), the evidence is inadequate to accept or reject a causal relationship."

Of course vaccines may cause side effects. There has never been any claim that vaccination is risk free.
You also risk being struck by lightening by stepping outside your concrete bunker.Maybe even struck twice.Which is about the same level of risk you have of incurring permanent health problems from vaccination.

Yes

Anti-vaxxers are some of the most dangerous cranks in existence today and are directly responsible for thousands of deaths.

If you want to believe the world was created in 6 24-hour days 6000 years ago, fine. At least that doesn't directly harm anyone. But spreading anti-vaccination propaganda? You're killing people.

Looks like the children died because of the LACK of preservatives in multi dose vials. A lack caused by anti-vaxers.

One other note, TB kills over 1 million people per year.

There are 131.4 million births per year worldwide.

The rate of severe allergic reaction to vaccines is 1:1,000,000

Even if every single one of those allergic reaction were fatal, we would be looking at 131 deaths per year to prevent millions of deaths per year.
