Back-story: Dorian was part of the British intelligence service MI6 who, before the apex of the war, was told to infiltrate a Chinese biological weaponry production lab. After just a week of research on the weapons being manufactured there his cover was blown quite easily- but he never knew how or why. He was d before Chinese authorities ed him. After the war, as was customary, surviving countries (now lowered to city-states) relinquished all prisoners of war, either or alive. Dorian was not returned.
After his , his brain was kept alive through technological means while geneticists spliced his dna with over 100 different plant species and various naturally occurring toxins. After weeks of arding his Dorian's body being arded with sunlight, being submerged in water/nutrient solution, and constant mental programming and brainwashing, Dorian was brought back to consciousness- as a living, walking biological weapon, whose mind was at the beck and call of his masters., remembering nothing of his past life. Dorian is currently one of the Oligarchy's most effective and widely used assassins.
Powers/Abilities: Stemming from his genetic engineering, Dorian is a walking center of biological reproduction, specifically plantwise, enabling him to regenerate and produce any matter of plant life with all its features stemming from his human body base. Several of his most widely used abilities are "root-prying" through the earth- tunneling that is as roots do-, the growth and spray of needles, expelling various types of spores with effects ranging from sleep-inducement to temporary paralysis. Dorian most powerful capability lies in his ability to absorb and expel solar energy; he can absorb a limited amount of sunlight and unleash that in a concentrated beam. This however leaves him severely weakened. Dorian requires carbon dioxide to breath, sunlight to absorb, water, and various nutrients to sustain his life. Though he has various protections from it, fire is still a huge threat to him.
Weapons: Aside from his powers, Dorian uses no form of weaponry other than a ruthless and calculating killer instinct that was augmented by his psychological programming and brainwashing.
