There is an eastern form of the Hail Mary that may be more familiar to you as an Orthodox Christian,
"Theotokos Virgin, rejoice, Mary full of grace, the Lord is with You. Blessed are You among women, and blessed is the fruit of Your womb, for You have borne the Savior of our souls."
This is pretty much similar to the old form of the Western Hail Mary which is,
"Hail Mary full of grace, the Lord is with you, blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus."
Later on a second part, a petition, was amended so that the full form of the Hail Mary read,
"Hail Mary full of grace, the Lord is with you, blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death."
The petition began to be added in the 16th century, and became more-or-less official by around the time of the Council of Trent.
Martin Luther had no problem with the traditional old form, since it was quoting Scripture nearly verbatim; he only took issue with the petition.
So, unsurprisingly, Lutherans and Anglicans who do use the Hail Mary use the old form, not the new form.
