I have renamed the "User CP" button - it is now the "Profile" button - makes it a bit easier for new members to find the link to edit their profiles.
I have also put in a "PM" button at the top of every page. The "Get New" button stays, but I have removed the "Members" button, and made it a link - it is now in the Welcome Box next to the "Our Staff" link, as the "Our Members" link.
