I have used e-sword since I found it.

The 1866 DR and literal translations of the Vulgate have always been available directly from their home page. As is the Imitation of Christ that I don't see listed there. I am interested in checking out a couple of those though, like the Jerusalem, Catholic concordance and the CCC for example. Thanks! Wish I could find the Ignatius Bible to get in e-sword though.

I'm in heaven!

Thank you - I've long been wanting this - I didn't reload e-sword because of the lack of Catholic modules. . . . Now . . . I'm in heaven!

You're welcome Therese.

The Ignatius Bible is the RSV-CE right? The RSV-CE is available from that site that I linked to as is either the Jerusalem Bible or the New Jerusalem Bible (don't remember which). Anyway, enjoy!

I have to check. Its not exactly the same as the RSV-CE and only the 1966 edition is sound. The others are frought with inclusive language.

I did see the Jeruslem mentioned in the list though and have it marked to get back to when I get the time and motivation. Hopefully its the 1966 version.

What do you think of the Literal Translation of the Vulgate they have there?

They offer the DR too and I always compare the two and have never found any discrepancies. I often find some interesting literal translations of the Latin though by doing so. Its quite interesting to see how Jerome's original translations translate literally into English as compared to the DR.
