Hey guys, we need to quickly get some essential rules in place for our section of CF. I'm just trying to get the ball rolling, but we need some of you to step up and be servant leaders to mod and organize the rules in wiki and voting.
1. Voting: we must quickly ratify a rule that explains how voting is going to work here, so that voting is limited to true ND members.
2. Mods: we need to vote to keep existing mods or not, and add others if needed or if existing mods are not going to be here. I'm not even sure who all the existing ND mods are. So someone who knows needs to post a thread with their names to vote on soon.
Voting - I propose that we have these simple voting rules.
1. Only those with a generic Christian icon, a generic Protestant icon, or a Non-denominational icon may vote. No members of other forums with denominational icons may vote on issues here.
2. Voting on an issue will be done over a 7 day period, with the votes of valid voters counted at the end of that period.
3. The voting time may end early if 2 consecutive days pass before the 7 day period is over.
4. Moderators will be responsible immediately after a vote is counted, to begin to implement the new rules.
5. Moderators cannot vote when the subject of the vote is themselves.
If you can agree to this vote by saying "Yes."
Then, if we can agree to this simple voting government, then we can get someone to wikify it and the mods to enforce it for future voting in here. I'll start another thread for mods.
