HARAMBEE ~ A GIFT FOR AFRICA (30:00)

A project in Kenya, known as Harambee, under the oversight of Opus Dei, provides women with the training in the very basics of life: cooking, reading, writing, etc. Several individuals who have benefited from the project are interviewed and the viewer is led to an understanding of the Opus Dei principle that each of us can do holy things in our everyday life.

Talking of EWTN Specials. Did anyone watch the one about St. Gianna Molla last month? I couldn't help but cry. I loved her letters to her husband.

Oh, one more question. Did anyone watch LOTR last night? I found it extremely interesting that the parents and grandparents of the youths were really promoting the AvaMariaSingles website.
Learning about it, it think I like that particular website because they make you write essays and you have to adhere to Catholic Teaching.
