For college, I rented a couple textbooks off of Amazon. The time came to return them, and I hadn't sent them out yet. They needed to be dropped off at a UPS drop-off before the day was done, and the drop-off had already picked up. This was Friday, so they would be sitting in there for the weekend, which would mean I'd be charged late fees for returning the textbooks.
Still, I knew that God is capable of miracles, and even though the late fee wouldn't mean much in the grand scheme of things, this was a great opportunity to experience Jesus' miraculous undeserved mercy. I prayed earnestly for Him to make sure that the books were returned on time, when that wasn't possible by any worldly means.
Long story short, He showed off. The next day, I received 2 identical e-mails: "Your textbook has been received by carrier. All future late charges will be called off."
In the grand scheme of things, the late charges would've been paid & forgotten soon enough. But a miracle of mercy...that's something that people remember.
Please put this to the test in your own lives. Jesus has so much unaccepted mercy that He wants to give away so badly, try to trust & give Him the chance. And, of course, share your own stories! I'm sure it pleases Him so, to see His kids publicly proclaiming His divine love.
