Peter Lynas, the U.K. director of Evangelical Alliance, said the landmark ruling was a sign that "the vibe shift is real" — a reference to the increasing sense that a cultural shift is underway from strident progressive ideology.

There were scenes of celebration outside the Supreme Court as the ruling was handed down, making clear that men who self-identify as "trans women" do not fall within the scope of what it means to be a woman in legal terms.

In an even more unexpected turn of events, our PM and leader of the liberal Labour Party has also commented saying he doesn’t believe trans women are women.

I don’t think anyone could have expected that.

A broken clock is right twice a day, I’m just pleased this was one of the things that came from it. This whole gender nonsense needs to stop.

I was so thrilled about it, when I heard the news! Praise God!

However we need to help people who want to transition to become comfortable with their biological sex. Prayer and counselling come to mind, but unfortunately equality legislation makes offering this difficult.
