So I would like to suggest a "Twenties Forum". There's a Young Adult forum, Thirties, Forties, Fifties.. etc. But no Twenties.

In the Young Adult area, while my age (28) is able to post in there, there is a mix of younger people (lots of teens) making younger styles of posts (about parents, rules, etc.) that I have grown out of, and I would like an area where there's people more my age, but not too much older, and not in their teens either.

I think an area for 20-29 year olds would be awesome. Where we'd all know we were among our peers, and the older 20s could easily give advice to the younger 20s, since it wasn't THAT long ago, but we wouldn't feel SO old like I do in the YA area. lol

I think since there's a 30s (and you can be up to 33 in the YA area) area there should be a twenties area.

Maybe if there's an area in Life Stages that isn't used anymore, it could be transformed into the 20s area? That way a whole new forum wouldn't have to be made. Or something like that.

If it's made, I could even try to get traffic in that area, I know I'd be posting in there a lot.

I hope you guys think this over

Honestly I think the YA area should be left alone, and a 20s forum should be made (since there's a 30s, 40s, 50s and I think even a 60s age group forum).

The YA has a lot of 19 and younger with a lot of younger topics that I wouldn't want to take away from them.

Tomorrow I could always make a general idea of the age range in YA, but again I think it should be left alone. :sorry:

Sounds good....soooo only worry I have is will either forum loose participants if we have both?

If not then lets present this to the other Advisors and Admins for approval:)

I only want to see vibrant active forums soooo that was my only concern....Love the idea though!!!!! What do you all think?

IMO I don't think it would change. I don't think we should worry about the traffic to the new area (Twenties) for a month or so, to get everyone use to it.

I think we could set it up like a general forum for twenties. It would be for marrieds and singles, from 20-29 only. Just like the 30s, which seem to be a pretty active area.
