  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

What TV shows do you regualrly watch with your spouse?

We watch Yes, Dear, The Bachelor, Friends, and Hope & Faith. We also watch The Amazing Race when it is on (couple times a year).
To be honest, we don't watch much TV anymore. But when do get a chance to sit down and watch together we will find something on TLC or Discovery or History or Sci Fi or something like that. If there is a decent Comedian on Comedy Channel we will watch that. But really not much anymore. For me though, there will always be sports.

We watch Fear Factor, Monday Night Football, American Chopper, Joe Average (that show cracks us up), The Bachelor, Jeff Corwin Experience, Crocodile Hunter, Survivor / Friends (we flip back and forth), Animal Cops. We like the Amazing Race, too. We fill in the blank spaces with TLC, Discovery, Animal Planet, and the History channel. Despite the desire to watch those shows it usually doesn't happen...our kids control the TV it seems. They're usually watching movies or playing video games.

Love, Heather

I've not heard of most of these shows :o

In any case, my wife will watch anything. It drives me nuts

My favourites (which we do watch together) are The West Wing and The Sopranos and some satire which you've not heard of, although The Office is coming to the States pretty soon and MUST NOT BE MISSED!

I have seen commercials for The Office on BBC America. It looks cool.

Hubby and I watch Fear Factor, CSI, CSI Miami, and JAG together regularly. We also watch TV with our toddler, and enjoy The Wiggles as a family.

Fortunately, hubby isn't into sports and much stuff I don't like. He has gotten me hooked on watching bull-riding and drag racing.

The Office is FANTASTIC! THat show has me rolling every time I watch it, but to be honest, I don't believe that there are many shows worth watching. My wife and I watch a lot of movies and we particularly enjoy Cops and just about anything on the discovery channel and the history channel.

She is more into sitcoms than me. Over the past couple of years, I've lost almost all interest in them.
