I don't want to get my hopes up, but yesterday was one week after ovulation and I woke up with nausea, and kept it all day long. I woke up with nausea again this morning... Is that too early to tell? AF is due Jan 4. I feel like a little girl waiting for Christmas to come. Except, there's no possiblity of peeking beforehand.

Oooh that's a good sign!
When do you think you'll test? You can get those ones that predict up to 5 days before your period is due. I've heard some people had great experiences and others not so great. Might be a good idea to ease your mind just a bit.

Isn't there still a chance of getting a false negative? Maybe I will give it another couple days and if the nausea persists, I will look into it. I already have a regular HPT at home... I will try to wait until at least the due date of my period, if I can contain myself.

The nausea stays pretty steady, and my appetite has supressed a little, but I can still eat without making the nausea worse.

This is the one time in my life that I'm hoping for more nausea... Man, TTCer's are weird eh?

If the sickness isn't pregnancy related then I want nothing to do with it! If it's because of a baby then it's uncomfortable but exciting at the same time.

Praying we all receive pregnancy related sickness asap!

My real name is actually Adelle. I think Adelia is a wonderful name for a little girl! Do you have names picked for a boy?

ok, question.. I know some people here may not know. But this is where i usually post, I will ask it here too.

I had my period about 3 weeks ago. I have had really sore boobs for about a week. I'm use to having cycles that are like at least 5 weeks long or longer, but never less than 30 days. But I have had two mornings where I have woke up almost sweating even though it's so cold outside.. I would get a cold washcloth and it would help. But it is very odd for me to have sore boobs like this. I get them like the day or two before my period starts usually.. but it's only been 3 weeks. Could I be pregnant? Is it possible to have these pains this early? Most things I have read have said 4 to 6 weeks before you have that symptom. I know.. every woman is different.. but I'm just curious what you all think!

I think it's too early to test, so that will have to wait a few days.. till i'm about 28 days into my cycle.

It's unlikely. Most pregnancies that occur right before menstruation never implant. They get washed away.

well, I should add, and I just remembered.. that my last period was pretty light and was mostly just spotting like dried blood almost. But I just assumed that was it. So i'm just not sure. I g uess it could be possible that it's been longer.

That is possible depending on when you ovulated. Some women with irregular cycles don't ovulate every month and I think some women may ovulate irregularly. Also, depending on the environment, sperm can last up to 5 days I think... So I think there is a possibility but it's hard to say if you don't know when you ovulated. I'm not very helpful I know...

I would wait a couple more days to test especially since your cycle is so irregular. Do you check your basal body temperature? If not, I suggest you start as it should help you figure out when you ovulate during your irregular cycles.

Anyways... Here's hoping you're experiencing real baby pains!
