CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

We're not but I'm starting to feel the baby bug. My baby's only 8 months old and she's quite the handful so I think I'd freak out if I were to get pregnant now, but...but...I kinda wanna!

Yes, and no...i mean we aren't preventing it firstly and secondly though i'm not charting and all that..It will happen in God's time...which is the hardest thing in the world to accept, for me at least. But i would love to be a mom right now, to have a large family.

So hey, how is it going? I'm waiting to get period or test, as usual. 
Day 28 in my world.... does anyone else find this a bit stressful? We've never "tried" before as David was a surprise, and I try not to think about "trying" but its still there lurking in the back of my mind, and its stressful..... anyone relate?

Trying is stressful. Finally in month 7-8, I simply stopped worrying about ovulation test strips and BBT. I had to let go of those things because I was sure they'd make me insane before it was over. My DH had the easy part to him it was woohoo lots of sex, to me it began to make me doubt my ability to get pregnant etc
Having lots of sex(actually it wasn't more sex, but the 5-6 days in a row made it seem that way) was a better and lot more fun way to look at it.

They look like bulk pregnancy test strips they use at doctors offices.
I used those after I found out my left ovary wasn't working.

Well, My husband and I have been trying about 3 and a half years now. In 2003 we had an early miscarriage, but have had no success since. I have very irregular cycles, so charting is impossible. But I've been to the doctor and they say nothing is wrong. For the past year, we haven't really been trying though.. just not stopping it.. so we haven't been worried about fertility or anything.. just figured if it's meant to be it will happen. Well, we've been struggling a lot financially..in the past year.. well he makes plenty of money, but he doesn't have insurance where he is at.. but he was medically discharged from the army and that is why ttc has been on the backburner since then.. he has an opportunity for a new job where he will have excellent benefits adn we are praying he gets it.. and would appreciate everyones prayers for God's will in this. His chances of getting it are great.. and as soon as he gets it, we are going to seek fertility help, if not we are going to have to wait awhile longer. We know if he doesn't get teh job and we get pregnant, we know that God will provide for us.. but that is a very very short version of our story.

don't be sad... give it time. Relax. My hubby and I have been trying 3 and a half years.. with one miscarriage about 2 and a half years ago. We thought it would be easy too. Just remember it may not be God's time for you to have one and his time is perfect! Yes. We don't try to prevent pregnancy at all, but now we are actively trying to conceive. We started this month.
