Galatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.

Romans 7:25 Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, on the one hand I myself with my mind am serving the law of God, but on the other, with my flesh the law of sin.

The truth of the flesh is that it will always sin. The counter response is looking towards God and the truth of God, and allow the spirit of Christ to work with-in you by and through faith in trusting God and the Lord Jesus Christ.

What are your thoughts about the flesh?

Our flesh will remain sinful till the day we die. The battle is to overcome the flesh through the loving truth of Jesus. His grace will set us free from our fleshly sins - time and again - and gather us in faithful self until on the last day our flesh we leave behind to rot and we fly off with Christ into our life in and with Him.

What is interesting is that the Scripture says all flesh shall bow down before Him, so Jesus has completely overcome our flesh, this is something to rejoice in and strife after when we are still bondaged to sin.

Jesus overcame our flesh and through His Spirit gives us the same ability.

1 Timothy 3:16
Beyond all question, the mystery from which true godliness springs is great: He appeared in the flesh, was vindicated by the Spirit, was seen by angels, was preached among the nations, was believed on in the world, was taken up in glory.

@Jeshu Thank you for your comment.

I would go on to know say that because of the Lord Jesus Christ the truth is that we are set free from the bondage of sin and death by and through faith and reliance on God and the truth of and hearing the Good News about the Gospel of Christ Jesus.

We are set free from Sin in verse 7,18,20,22,and 23 we can see that we are set free in Romans chapter 6.

Romans 6
What shall we say then? Are we to continue in sin so that grace may increase? 2 May it never be! How shall we who died to sin still live in it? 3 Or do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus have been baptized into His death? 4 Therefore we have been buried with Him through baptism into death, so that as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too might walk in newness of life. 5 For if we have become united with Him in the likeness of His death, certainly we shall also be in the likeness of His resurrection, 6 knowing this, that our old self was crucified with Him, in order that our body of sin might be done away with, so that we would no longer be slaves to sin; 7 for he who has died is freed from sin.

8 Now if we have died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him, 9 knowing that Christ, having been raised from the dead, is never to die again; death no longer is master over Him. 10 For the death that He died, He died to sin once for all; but the life that He lives, He lives to God. 11 Even so consider yourselves to be dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus.

12 Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body so that you obey its lusts, 13 and do not go on presenting the members of your body to sin as instruments of unrighteousness; but present yourselves to God as those alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God. 14 For sin shall not be master over you, for you are not under law but under grace.

15 What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? May it never be! 16 Do you not know that when you present yourselves to someone as slaves for obedience, you are slaves of the one whom you obey, either of sin resulting in death, or of obedience resulting in righteousness? 17 But thanks be to God that though you were slaves of sin, you became obedient from the heart to that form of teaching to which you were committed, 18 and having been freed from sin, you became slaves of righteousness. 19 I am speaking in human terms because of the weakness of your flesh. For just as you presented your members as slaves to impurity and to lawlessness, resulting in further lawlessness, so now present your members as slaves to righteousness, resulting in sanctification.

20 For when you were slaves of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness. 21 Therefore what benefit were you then deriving from the things of which you are now ashamed? For the outcome of those things is death. 22 But now having been freed from sin and enslaved to God, you derive your benefit, resulting in sanctification, and the outcome, eternal life. 23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

All of this has to do with being free with Sin and the free gift of eternal life; but our flesh serves the law of sin and will always sin like you said but the spirit of Christ in us by walking in the spirit we are set free and those abiding in the spirit of Christ will not sin. Though our flesh will always serve the law of sin.

There is a duality between our outward body; fleshly nature
and our inward new creature new creation born again spiritual body nature, that delights in God.

These natures are at a conflict with each other constantly in Christian lives.

Romans 8:
9 However, you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him. 10 If Christ is in you, though the body is dead because of sin, yet the spirit is alive because of righteousness. 11 But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.

What are your thoughts about the flesh?

Thank goodness for the grace of our lord. In which when sin abounds, his grace abounds even more.
Through baptism we participate in his death, burial and resurrection and our hearts are supernaturaly circumcised. We are dead in our flesh, but alive in Christ Jesus. Lets give thanks, that he gave freely salvation to anyone who believes in him.
The best way to stay away of sin, is to read the bible. Satan cant stand the word of God, let alone an heart that rejoices in the righteousness of our lord.

There is a duality between our outward body; fleshly nature
and our inward new creature new creation born again spiritual body nature, that delights in God.

Only in the Spirit of God will we gain eternal life, for The Spirit of The Lord is eternal, in our fleshly nature we will perish, every day a bit more.

For yes, i agree, we have a duplicate nature, a nature in God, and a nature after sin. The nature of God reaps us eternal life, while our earthly nature is destined to perish. The letter of the Hebrews explains this process nicely.

Hebrews 4:12-13
"For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account."

To stay in sin is folly and very painful for Jesus saving us. He likes us to be free in His loving truth, serving The Father to our hearts content, breaking with this world big time. For it is awesome to have the Creator of Heaven and Earth as one's Father, rather than live a life bondaged to sin, we rule beside Christ over our lives at peace with, and in love with, our Almighty, ever loving truthful God.

Revelation 2:26-28
To the one who is victorious and does my will to the end, I will give authority over the nations— that one ‘will rule them with an iron scepter and will dash them to pieces like pottery’—just as I have received authority from my Father. I will also give that one the morning star. Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches.
