ALEPH MEM TAV is the Hebrew word Truth. It translates from letter roots as Strong Water Mark. Evolution has the ultimate goal of self realization. To know the self, we must involve with it. The self is the Supreme Absolute that is both being (oneness with all) and becoming (evolving). There is no paradox in this. The Supreme Self (Son / Image of God) is the Cosmos. Although it seems that the Cosmos is changing, in reality, energy can neither be created nor destroyed. As science now knows, energy is information (Word).
In Hebrew, Aleph Bet is the word Father. From the Father, we get a Son (Word), but not before entering a catalyst.

What marks a bad loaf? Dryness. Try not to be burnt toast.
