I watched a good portion of it. Typical Trump with irrelevant or inappropriate or self-aggrandizing type content. Not what is expected for the usual commencement speech, especially from a POTUS, but again typical for Trump.

Yes, typical Trump speech. His rhetoric always sounds simplistic and self aggrandizing to me. Though I wonder it is more understandable to those who don't speak English as a first language. I was watching a speech to Saudi Arabia and thought simple phrases he often uses are more easily translated to get his point across. Not that I think this is his intention, but might make his points more understandable to foreign speakers.

I think he is dealing with dementia. I watched a video last night where an officer had to lead Trump to the podium for his speech, He initially turned to leave and then was reminded, apparently, that he had to give a speech. Trump was low energy and babbling at times,

Bingo seems like such a quaintly archaic way of getting old people to gamble away their savings. It strikes me as both on brand for Trump and something that would’ve been supplanted by one of Don Jr’s crypto schemes.
