Yeah I agree with Ksdedee, if your chart doesn't already do this then look at it as a good sign. One of my charts had all the pregnancy symptoms, triphasic, implatation dip and spotting but i wasn't pregnant, i have PCOS so that was probably effecting me.

To interpret charts it's all about regular patterns, i've had to try and distance myself from reading into every tiny little temp increase, or symptom, because it's how the chart reads as a whole and what your body normally does that you need to take into consideration.

When I got pregnant with my youngest, I knew I was before a test showed positive because my chart showed a triphasic shift. It was basically a second rise in my BBT, a week or so (if I remember correctly) after I ovulated.
