Since I had gone trhrough such a rough time with my wife I have been training for a triathalon. So I run 6 miles a day, ride a bike 8 miles a day and swim a 1/2 mile every day. This helped me deal with the emotional rollercoaster ride that I have endured. I did one about 22 years and hope that I do do one at the end of this month. I just got layed of my job today. Pray that this will all come together by the end of this month. Thanks.
