I walk down the stairs slowly. I look around but I didn't recognize anybody. The music was blaring. Everyone seemed to belong to a group except me. The goofy kids were messing around in a corner with someone's shoes. The cool kids were talking and dancing. The jocks were hitting on the cheerleaders. Than there was me. I stayed in the corner. I couldn't get the fact that I was only invited to the party because I just happen to be the sister of a football player; my brother and a cool girl my sister out of my head. Me well I was a bit of a loner. I had a few friends but I didn't see them much out side of class. It wasn't that I was shy or just a plain loner I just well I ... I'm different.
Suddenly a sensation filled me. My head began to shake back and forth. I couldn't stop it. I ran back upstairs but I started yelling before I could get there.
People started to stare. Most of them hadn't noticed me which is the way I like it.
"what's spas doing here? Man she's such a freak"
"seriously, dude what is with that chica?"
I flew back down the stairs, opened the door and ran all the way home. I never looked back. Than suddenly out of no where a car came huling around the corner.
Next thing I knew I awoke in the hospital.
"Hey hun, I'm Lucy your nurse. You were in an accident. I'm afraid it left permanent damage. Your neck was cut and you vocal chords were damaged I'm afraid you will not be able to speak any longer. Oh and hun don't worry you torrets medicine is in your IV."
I look around. I want to scream but can't. I truely was trapped inside my mind and I would never find the way outside of the laberyth.
