Baruch Atah Adonai Eloheynu Melech HaOlam
Praise/bless our Lord God King of the World/Universe

Please help with the translation of the following:

ahser kid sha vu b’mitz oh tien veh tzivuavu

leh heet atev beh tzit tzit

I’ve almost got it (I'm on the fringe), but would like your help. If my transliteration is not so good I can post the letters instead.

It looks like you may have confused final nun for vav's but you are close yes.

Ve-tzi-va-nu le-hit-a tef ba-tzi-tzi

commanding us to wrap ourselves in  Tzitzi.

The printing technique on the prayer shawl has just a slight extension to the right on the foot of the nun’s but since there are bet’s to compare to I now see my mistake.

Concerning B’Mitz vo-tav: after the tsadi is vav-tav-yod-vav the vowel signs under the tav is a kamatz (ah) so should the tav-yod-vav be pronounced tie-V?

Concerning Ve-tzi-va-nu: there are two vowel signs on the first vav, a shuruk (oo) and a kamatz (ah), should they both be pronounced like voo-ah-nu or vah-oo-nu?

At the end is a final tav so would the last be Tzitzit instead of Tzitzi?

I learned from a Shepardi source, (makes sense, since I’m Mexican)

Bemitzvotav: The "iv" being pronounced as "av" is actually something a bit out of the ordinary. You'll see it when you have "his" (i.e. "his commandments") attached to the end of a word, and in some other instances like "achshav" (now) spelt achshiv. It is pronounced "av" in this case.

as to tzitztit, I've never heard it pronounced without the final t, but that's not saying that some don't pronounce it that way.

I never learned the names for the vowel sounds so I'm not sure if I can help in that department, but here's my guess. The "oo" is actually a dagesh because the vav is playing the part of a consonant in this case and the "ah" is the only vowel that should be pronounced. The other little mark (in prayer books, don't know about talits) is for the cantor.

Btw "baruch atah" would actually be translated better as "blessed are you" - just so you don't get confused with the verb parts
