touch while sleeping

hi guys
i'm 21 years old single
I've been struggling with masturbating during sleep for while , i wake up often during sleep to find myself masturbating and no idea how or why for couple seconds then sleep again . it really bothers me because it happens about 3~4 monthly . i don't get wet/sexually dreams during sleep also i don't watch porn .
i don't know what to do and i know that masturbating is a sin so please help me.

Well I dont think its your fault at all. You cant control your dreams. Do you think about it alot. Is it something u are struggling not to do?

Remember our dreams are "controlled" by our sub/inconscious. There must be something that's feeding your sexual desire, without you noticing.

You don't seem to choose to touch and you haven't indicated any lust during the day so it wouldn't be a sin. A key factor in sin is it must be chosen, what you have is a sleep disorder. Don't let it get you down and distract you.

I have this problem. I dont touch agreed, but some nights I touch during sleep in a semiconscious or lucid state. It is very strange, but I think it is not same to touch voluntary and awake. Maybe it is a sin, but not a grave sin.
Remain pure during the day, and if it happens at night, pray, ask forgiveness, but do not be hard on yourself for an act over which you do not have complete control. I think of it as a thorn in the flesh to tame my pride.
