have you ever had a toddler, when she's tired, bite your shoulder and bang her head into your shoulder? at least i now know she'll soon fall asleep.

Yes, my daughter has sensory issues and cannot cope with alot of noise or activity around her and will get this way. She's three now and it is getting a little better but we also strive to keep a calm environment for her and when she gets this way from being tired, we know to just get her in bed ASAP.

My son bites and sort of flops around in your arms when he is extremely tired. And it is like a switch went off between the sweet child playing in the living room to a fierce angry thing. When he does this I give him hugs, his lovey bear and tuck him into bed. He is angry for about 5 minutes but then goes into a sleep you couldn't wake with a fire alarm.

That is exactly how my son is. He seems frustrated because he's sleepy and doesnt want to go to sleep.
