Today is the day I am going to dedicate to my children, my spouse and to all of my loved ones.

I am going to quit!!!

I have never smoked around my children, but everytime I light up I think about them.

I know that I can do it and that I need to do it.

I made it thru day 1 without any problems.
I didn't experience any cravings thus far and I have a positive outlook.

Last night was the first "real" craving I have had.

I keep telling myself it is mind over matter and you don't need it.

Stay the course and keep the faith.

I know it has only been 5 days, but I am proud of myself!!

I made it thru the weekend, barely.

I did not experience many cravings throughout the week, but I had many of them this weekend.

I kept the faith and continued to ask God for his help.

I love the weekends, but I am glad the work week is here to get my mind off of those addictive little things!!!

I made it thru my second week...

It is definitely getting a lot easier and the cravings for the most part are gone.

im also trying to quit and i know its hard but i want to have children and dont want to smoke while im preg

I slipped up on Saturday and had a smoke.

I was out with some friends and caved in to temptation.

I feel so guilty, I knew what I was doing was wrong, but I could not help myself.

I prayed that night for forgiveness and have begun my fight again.

I have no excuses only regrets.

I will beat this addiction!!!!

I made it thru another work week. Although I must up this past weekend, this was my strongest week.

I did not have any cravings and I kept myself busy.

Lord continue to grant me strength!!!! I CAN BEAT THIS!!!
