You have given me a direct quote of Jesus, being directed to scribes and Pharisees, that belong to the nation of Israel. I am not Jewish plus i am a believer in The Church, that Jesus is building and part of this time and not a part of the nation of Israel.

I am not a scribes and Pharisees, and i will not face a judgment from God.

For some reason you seem to not understand, than believers in the church are not Israel and will never be Israel.

My judgment will be with The Messiah at the great white throne that will be concerning rewards either a loss of or a gain of rewards.

Your wording sure seems like you believe you are waiting for a future judgment by God. To see if you go to heaven or hell by how you followed the rules.

2 Corinthians 9:6-7 "But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver."

Although the aforementioned verses aren't regarding tithe, I think the principle still stands. Give cheerfully and you will be blessed. Sow generously and you will reap generously.

10% is the base amount which God requested, but there are also free-will offerings; peace offerings and sacrifices of thanksgiving; so, ultimately, if it can be done, we ought to give more.

God can't be bribed [Deuteronomy 10:17], so giving him money with hopes of getting something in return isn't going to work. In fact, why would God even accept the tithe or offering at that point?

Leviticus 7:11-12 "Now this is the law of the sacrifice of peace offerings which shall be presented to the Lord. If he offers it by way of thanksgiving, then along with the sacrifice of thanksgiving he shall offer unleavened cakes mixed with oil, and unleavened wafers spread with oil, and cakes of well stirred fine flour mixed with oil.

Leviticus 2:11 "No meat offering, which ye shall bring unto the LORD, shall be made with leaven: for ye shall burn no leaven, nor any honey, in any offering of the LORD made by fire."

Matthew 16:6, 12 "Then Jesus said unto them, Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees. . . Then they understood that He was not telling them to beware of the leaven used in bread, but of the teaching of the Pharisees and Sadducees.

Leaven is a symbol of sin, corruption, malice and wickedness [1 Corinthians 5:7-8]; it represents pride, slowing puffing up an individual; and hypocrisy [Luke 12:1]

God commanded that offerings be given without leaven.

Amos 4:5 "And offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving with leaven, and proclaim and publish the free offerings: for this liketh you, O ye children of Israel, saith the Lord GOD."

The Israelites during Amos' day, in their zeal offered sacrifices of thanksgiving with leaven, despite it being expressly forbidden. They were also blowing a trumpet as the Pharisee's did, proclaiming and publishing their good works in the Lord. [Matthew 6:2]

It's not improbable that offerings of leaven and honey were used in sacrifices to Ba'al, which is why this practice was condemned. During Amos time, Israel polluted the offering and the offering wasn't accepted: you see in the following verse (6) And I also have given you cleanness of teeth in all your cities, and want of bread in all your places: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the LORD.

I remember a minister condemning members about tithing. The minister accused members indirectly, saying that their financial troubles were because they didn't tithe or they didn't give enough. If you want financial blessings, start tithing! So what they were telling their congregation was to offer their tithes and offerings with leaven.

Rather than to give cheerfully and with conviction of heart, they tried to cajole members to give through bribery and ulterior motives.

Tithe is a commandment that we ought to obey, but I think it's safe to say God would rather someone not give at all, then to give with a bad attitude or with the expectation of gain.

Tithing is not only treasure but it is also time and talent. We should be giving all three.

Mark 12:41-44 And Jesus sat over against the treasury, and beheld how the people cast money into the treasury: and many that were rich cast in much. And there came a certain poor widow, and she threw in two mites, which make a farthing. And he called unto him his disciples, and saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That this poor widow hath cast more in, than all they which have cast into the treasury: for all they did cast in of their abundance; but she of her want did cast in all that she had, even all her living.

Yes, we should Tithe for the benefits of tithing.
It's very fair to do so. Just like we should save for the benefits of saving.

Discretionary spending averages 30% of your current income.
So when you start giving 10% to God first, it changes your
spending patterns and you have another 10% to put in savings
and another 5% for irregular charity and you still profit 5%, or
more charity spending....whichever God leads you. Or to pay your
irresponsible debts that you still owe.

Proverbs 22:7
The rich rules over the poor, and the borrower is the slave of the lender.

Proverbs 21:20
Precious treasure and oil are in a wise man's dwelling, but a foolish man devours it.

I think is evident tithing is not a requirement for christians, but its a matter of faith, and can't harm, on the contrary God still blesses those who give Jesus himself said so. In the NT we don't see tithing, but its mentioned they were giving lots of offerings, sometimes even houses, etc.
