I am... apprehensive, to say the least, about showing it... here we go:

In my heart of hearts
Lies my true self
My desires, my dreams
Known and unknown to me

Mournful is my heart of hearts
It yearns for love
It cries out with pain
It stings with a bitter cold
In all the world
Nothing could be more despairing
Than my heart of hearts

Joyous is my heart of hearts
It sings with pleasure
It dances with glee
It could find no wrong with men
In all the world
Nothing could be more content
Than my heart of hearts

Dark is my heart of hearts
It reaches out with greed
It seeks for itself alone
It embraces the taint of sin
In all the world
Nothing could be more vile
Than my heart of hearts

Beautiful is my heart of hearts
It cries out with a noble desire
It sings for it knows it is saved
It embraces the grace given to it
In all the world
Nothing could be more radiant
Than my heart of hearts

For my heart of heart is cherished
It knows no bounds of emotion
It knows no limit to love

I'd suggest altering the last line to "Its love knows no limits."

I'm not very familiar with how poems of this sort work, but I will say it is consistent and worth reading. It's very relatable, and I like how, essentially, you are painting the woes and joys of the heart. Inside that strange organ is real good, and real evil. Our desires to kill, cheat, and steal, as well as to heal, show honor, and share. Love and hate in one, tight, painful, glorious collision. Your poem accurately expresses this fascinating contradiction.

Keep writing what you feel, and people will keep feeling what you write.
