Timestamp issue back?

The timestamp issue from some time ago appears to be back:

I replied to a post by Stryder in GT and the reply posted above his and did not bump the thread. This happened more than once. I edited the other responses just so as to not confuse folks:

Posts 23-27 in this thread demonstrate the problem. Post 23-26 were in replay to post 27.

I noticed this in TCL too. My post jumped ahead of several that were already there.

Yeah, this is a server side issue that the hosts have to deal with - they know about it, thats for sure.
