more of pathetic trash tv i'm sad to say. too bad reality is everywhere, it makes for less good things to watch because most of it is just horrible.

My wife watches it... she's into anything that talks about weight loss.

Some former contestants were on Larry King Live last night. He addressed the fact that the show wasn't as offensive as most people thought. All of the contestants lost a substantial amount of weight and they were on the show because they wanted to put themselves out there and make a commitment to themselves to develop a better lifestyle.

Well, it's inspired me to refocus my diet and exercise. Lost 7 lbs in two weeks so far.

I think the show has been an encouraging motivator for a lot of people looking to lose weight.

My only qualm with the show is the title that it chose. But that's marketing for you.

HA! I loved this show and I'm not ashamed to admit it! This has been the first reality show in a while that I didn't care who won, because everyone in the final 3 (even in the final 4) deserved to win. It's kind of nice to not be stressed out over the chance of some idiot winning some 6-figure prize. My only complaint towards the show was how long they would draw everything out...ugh an hour and a half was too long, PLUS it cut into my Amazing Race. Oh well, good show and I'm looking forward to the next season.

I caught a few of the episodes. I am curious more about the contestants lives once the show is over and they get back to reality...at home. Will they continue to work out and eat healthy? Will they feel like they made a mistake and were publically humiliated? How will their lives be different in the long-term? Those are the things that I tend to wonder about.
