Well...I saw this one. Sort of a jammed together collection of snippits from the opening moments of episode 1, season one to the closing moments of last nights episode.

By and large a rehash. Still...

...it was reaffirmed, again, that the island is not `purgatory' and that the lostaways are in the space/time continua.

they also confirmed that Desmonds failure to hit the button `released' an `electromagnetic beam' that brought down flight 815 in the first place.

`Smokey' was mentioned repeatedly. The extremely strong implication - possibly confirmation - was that `Smokey' could `read memories', and then manifest those memories in solid (?) form. Jacks Dad, Eko's brother, the `spectral walt' appearances, and Kates horse were all very strongly implied to be manifestations of `Smokey'. Mention was also made of `Smokey' repeatedly `testing' people; and just because you passed the first test did not mean you'd pass the second.

The Jack/Locke conflict came close to taking center stage. Implication was this conflict was not resolved yet...so maybe Locke is still out there alive and kicking?

Charlie and Claire were described as the closest thing on the island to a `nuclear family'. The implication was this story line was not quite done.

Sun and Jin...well, they were mentioned, but most of the emphasis was on Sun.

Sawyer was mentioned fairly often, but usually in the context of Lockes father. It was stated pretty much flat out that it was actions set in motion by Lockes father that put Locke and Sawyer both on that plane.

Hurly...Hurly was described as somebody who wants to be on the island because here he thinks he's beaten his curse. Possibly, this means that Hurly, under certain circumstances, might sabotague a rescue mission...or arrange to not be rescued.

Our darling Danielle got a mini bio...enough to the point to suggest she might be a significant character later on.

Ben and Juliette both got mini-bio's. A fair amount of attention was also paid to both Tom (Zeke) and Richard. It looks like Richard might be shaping up to be an important `Other'.

Lockes appearance before Jacob was a test on Bens part. The moment Locke demonstrated he could hear Jacob was the moment that Ben decided to kill Locke because Locke was a major threat to Bens authority.

Mostly a rehash with a few tidbits.
