This dream was giving several months ago. I didn't post it because it wasn't an organized dream. I didn't think it meant anything or if it was even of God. But Lately, there have been frequent moon dreams so I was curious to see if it had any meaning. I dreamed that I was in a car with a girl name Kestyia or Ketsia who attends my former church. She pointed up towards the sky and I saw three moons. The moon in the middle was a full moon. The ones to the left and right of it were partly showing. There was a dark cloud covering the moons. So I don't if all three moons were full moon and these clouds were covering them to make them seem like they were not full moons. But I know that one in the middle was a full moon. I don't really remember the colors of the moon, but I would guess yellow orange. So it was just one of these dreams that I thought was weird because it just didn't seem to have a story to it. It was just a part of another meaningless dream that I was having at that time.

Didn't months used to be referred to as "moons"? I mean we get a full moon once a month, right? So the time span between each full moon is close to a month's time. A dark cloud usually symbolizes a dark period of time, like judgment or trials, testing, tribulations, that sort of thing, so perhaps this dream is about 3 months of trials.

You're seeing things that are shielded and hidden. The moon is a source of light, but not direct light -- it could represent a deceptive or beneficial force, but the moon is such a focal point that it often is assigned human traits, and holds some sort of authority or power for people.
Time is definitely associated with the moon, no matter how you look at it -- historically, pulling the tides, changing daily, symbolized on our calendars.
Get a sense of whether the clouds seemed negative or just served as masks... and whether the moons seemed temporal, spatial, personal...

This is kind of a wild guess, but it seems you and this gal were in a car together because you're both in the body of Christ. Even though she's in another church, you're still in the same spiritual body.
In my experience, cars usually represent the church, because it is a vehicle to getting us to the kingdom of God. Churches are also symbolized in dreams by old houses, or buildings. Others may have a different take on it, but that's been my experience.
My guessing part is that the three moons represent the Anti-Christ, the beast and the false prophet spoken of in the book of Revelations. The beast and false prophet will be covered by deception. True Christians will be able to recognize them for what they are, but they will be hidden to the rest of the world.
The Anti-Christ, represented by the full moon, will be there for all to see, but its true nature will be hidden to most of the world, including many Christians. The word "anti" in antichrist doesn't mean "against Christ". It actually means something "other than" Christ, or a false Christ.
We know that the moon is associated with the occult (Satan). Like Heron says, it isn't the source of light. It is a reflection, or a substitute. If you want to analyze it scientifically, the moon reflects light from the sun. Even though its light is pure white, it has a different hue than the sun's, so it's not really the true light. The Bible says Satan is transformed into an angel of light, meaning he deceives the world into worshipping an antichrist.
In Revelations 12, it talks about a wonder in heaven, a woman with twelve stars on her head, and the moon under her feet. My understanding of this scripture is that God's true church (represented by the woman) will put her enemies under her feet in the last days. That's why she's protected in the wilderness, and saved from death and destruction.

What do you think was the connection between Ketsya and the moons? Did it seem to be about her, or that she had insight about events or organizations?
Try to name for yourself a character trait that she embodies -- like innocence, loyalty, bluntness, devotion, deception.
Being in a car also shows who is in control during a project, direction, or event; from the description it sounds like you were both riding and someone else (vaguely) was leading the way. Such as a pastor or teacher or system that is inevitably in charge.

You guys have giving a lot of insights. I don't know what would connect Ketsia and the moon, but I did have the thought of the moon representing time period. I felt that the dark clouds in it self was hiding portion of the moon.
