What do you think about blood relatives being cut off from Israel if not circumcised? And then Jesus abolishing circumcision on the cross. Which would mean all unbelieving Jews became gentiles by default?
Now you want to argue religion which I will not enter into with you, Dave. I fear not those that can kill the body but rather He that can issue the second death. Even you Dave have said the "real Jews" are those of faith in Yeshua (Jesus) as only those than come to the Father through Him find salvation. Wide is the path that leads to destruction but narrow is the path that leads to salvation and few there are that find it. G_d is the Judge Dave that sees the Heart and the true motivations of every person. How many Jews through the centuries were forced into false conversions (some given the choice of conversion or death), Jews had their children taken from them at an early age by force and educated as Christians (did the Jews do that to Christians?), Jews were rounded up by Christian Crusaders and burned alive in their Synagogues in the name of Jesus Christ hardly Christ like actions. We could go on and on like this for months but what does it profit Dave? Jesus came to the Jews first. Their rejection by majority opened up salvation to the rest of the world yet the Church was founded by Jews, the books of the Bible including the New Testament were written by Jews, and all the earliest Church Fathers were Jews. They are the foundational ROOT upon which we non-Jews are graphed into. Without them we would have nothing, no hope and no salvation, because through them salvation came! Do we not owe a debt to reach those among them that are open still to His message as there were those when Jesus walked the land of Israel calling Jews to "Follow Me". He did not call gentiles Dave as all His disciples were Jews even Saul of Tarsus who later became a follower of Jesus was a Jew. Paul the Apostle, commonly known as Saint Paul and also known by his Jewish name Saul of Tarsus, was an apostle who taught the gospel of Christ to the first-century world. That is why I am continually pounding his Romans 11 specifically speaking about the Jews. I want to reason with you Dave not argue religion with you.
I personally I identify with many things about Paul as I was most unworthy of salvation and yet where sin abounds grace abounds more. I have been studying both Judaism and Islam for many years and understand I am but a novice in much of my understanding and yet compared to many "Christians" I have understanding to offer.
