"My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I will give unto them eternal life: and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand." John10:27-28
How do they do it "I always take pains to have a clear conscience towards God and towards men." Acts 24:16 is their answer.
They show that what the law requires is written on their hearts, while their conscience also bears witness and their conflicting thoughts accuse or perhaps excuse them. They seek forgiveness and repent of any evil deed that their conscience showed them to be wrong. Romans 2:15
