I was at a point in my life where all I did was heavily question and doubt if Jesus Christ was really the Son of God. I want you to know that there are answers out there, and that you will find them. The way you receive those answers may be in a form and manner that you did not expect. The Lord God with His immense power will show you if you let Him. Have trust!

I want to encourage all of you to stay strong no matter how difficult times may get. It may seem like it is so difficult that you want to take your life for it. My senses tell me that there is some suffering in the world and people must not look down or lose hope. BE STRONG AND PERSIST, THERE IS A REWARD FOR THOSE WHO FIGHT THROUGH THE DIFFICULT TIMES!!!

ONE MIND, FAITH, LOVE, UNIVERSE, RELIGION, ONE GOD! LET US UNITE AND FULFILL HIS GLORIOUS WILL WITH ALL THE POWER THAT HE HAS GIVEN US!!! LET'S GO!!! I read an article by a missionary a couple weeks ago about a giant snake that had entered their home. The local people had gone a dealt with it by chopping its head off but they said you need to stay outside the house for a few hours because its still thrashing around and wrecking the house, it doesnt realise yet that its dead.

They thought about that and said to each other thats just like Satan - we see his thrashing and the destructive outworking that that causes but by all intents ad purposes hes already dead.

So lets help clean up the mess, but lets not put him up where he doesnt belong by concentrating on his evil.

Why does god allow satan the power to do the things he does?

I think it is the people who allow Satan the power. The better question would be why does God allow humans the power to do what they do. I think the answer comes as you understand God's wisdom, that you can only walk so far on the wrong road before you either come to a dead end or find that you have to turn back. Consider the following verse:

Genesis 4
6 “Why are you so angry?” the Lord asked Cain. “Why do you look so dejected? 7 You will be accepted if you do what is right. But if you refuse to do what is right, then watch out! Sin is crouching at the door, eager to control you. But you must subdue it and be its master.”

Why does god allow satan the power to do the things he does?

In Hebrew thought Satan is referred to as "the Adversary". If you read the book of Job, you will see that Satan is subject to the will of God - God says you can do such and such to Job, but you cannot kill him.

God allowed Satan to kill Jobs children, take away all his possessions, give him boils and sores in order to show that Job was a righteous man, and in fact he was, he did not deny his faith as the Adversary said he would, he continued to believe in God.

I like this book because it shows me that God is in control, even when it doesnt look like it, Satan can only go as far as God says, Job didnt lose his faith, despite his dire circumstances, he let God deal with his issues and in the end God blessed Job even more than he did before.

There are some scriptures in the bible which say that all things work together for good, that God has plans to bless us and not to harm us, that he will not put on us any more than we can bear.

All these are bourne out in the story of Job.

If you keep reading the bible it says what will happen at the end of the world, Jesus will reign on the earth and Satan will be cast into the lake of fire, forever bound to stay there - so he is roaming about now devouring up everything he can, but in the end he is doomed forever.
