Jesus Christ is God's Son.
If you believe that Jesus works are by God, you are not committing anything that God would not forgive you for.
Therefore each thought has to be ignored, and they are forgiven because you are reconciled by Christ on the cross.
Do you get it? Jesus Christ is God's Son!
1 John 1:7-9
7But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all[a]or every sin.

John 6:37
