  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

You mean like getting invitations out, all household possessions sold, school transfers completed, visa applications properly submitted, Christmas presents bought and wedding details put in place within a tight time frame over which I have little control while someone else is boat shopping? Oh, and there is work, too.

We want to move to a bigger place at the harbor and all the homes have boat slips, so he's excited. There's not much else he can do from where he is right now except carry documents back and forth to the school admin. office and he's ahead of me on that. Providing the best he can for his family and making sure we're able to do fun family things that he's never had anyone to share with before is what he's thinking, so I'm not too put out by his activities. It would be nice to have some help here, but I'll manage and it's good for my workout goals to be so bizzy.




Well, there is still some ring shopping to be done.

Its all the sign of the times. Everything. And it will get much worse...

Its prophecied, and nothing will change prophecy. Bottom line

Prayer would be well spent on the uplifting and encouragement of brothers and sisters, that their faith be consistant and strong. For wisdom and understanding..that tho 'sight' of these things can be a guiding factor, that it shouldnt be and rememberance there IS a final reward for those who remain in God..in ALL things
