We had a real preacher at church this morning.
Yes it does!!! The past 2 sundays, I skipped communion. The Delto or whatever program that is, guy gave communion, I just don't feel right about that.Makes all the difference, doesn't it.
Someone said something to his wife this morning, said they should be at the church the 1st and 3rd sunday of the month, the interim pastor is supposed to come once a month, this other pastor has been a few times, wish they would fill in with real pastors. Hope this does happen. I think I keep hanging around to see what happens when they do get a new pastor. Hoping things will change around there. Right now they are waiting for names from the district. Said they should be getting them anytime now. So they should be sending out some calls soon.That's great!
Is this something that your church intends on continuing, or will there still be other guys doing the work?

i am covered in mosquito bites!! i took meghan to soccer practice the other night -- an hour outside in the evening less than a mile from a river -- eaten alive!!
Thanks everyone. Today I'm back down some, with an upset stomach to go along with it. I'm real sick of all this and just want to cry.I'll keep ya on my prayer list, Seajoy. God's got you in the palm of his hand, never doubt that for a second!
