LOL, Sears shoes on sale... reminds me of the movie, 'For Richer and For Poorer,' I think was the title. Kristie Allie(sp?) and Tim Allen as a pair of New York socialites who end up on an Amish farm in Pennsylvania. Kristie was talking to a large group of the wives, trying to inspire them, and said something to the effect of, "Think Versachi, think Klien, um..." Not getting any response, from these plain Amish women, except confusion she continued with, "Think Sears and Roebuck?" Very funny moment in the movie.

One of those just plain silly movies that are fun to watch.

Phew! I made it through the week and am very tired right now. I have a 3 day weekend, but have lots to read. Next weekend, I get a 4 day weekend. I hope to get lots of sleep this weekend too.

I heard from Seajoy and she is having a wonderful time.

Hi Everyone!

I've been busy trying to get music ready for the Junior Choir I'm trying to start up at my church. I still have a week and a half before my first meeting and I'm not even sure how many kids I have, but I'm excited to do this. I don't play piano really...so everything is on the computer and transferred to a floppy disk to play on the Clavinova piano we have in the choir loft. Pretty neat thing

Hey everybody!

So, I have finally beat my old old old computer into submission for the time being so I'm not relying on my ipod for the only internet access during the day. (Evenings I can snag Mike's work laptop)

How is everyone doing? I'm okay...have gotten to 19.4lbs gone for good on Weight Watchers so I'm pleased with that. I have a ways to go but I'm only concentrating on one week at a time. I don't care how long it takes me, I like feeling in control of it.

Other than that, I've started to teach Sunday School again. I can't seem to stay away. This time, though, I'm teaching the High School. We're working on a study from The Lutheran Difference on the Holy Spirit. Everyone seems to be having fun with it.

So, How are things?

It was a lot of fun. The Aussie people are wonderful. They have the coolest animals in Australia. I held and hugged a koala. They are so sweet. I held a 4yr old croc too! We walked around amongst the kangaroos as well. They are real cute.

The rainforest was lush and beautiful. I will try and get a few photos on here. I'm not so good at that kind of stuff. Maybe I can get hubby to help.
